Your tasks:
- Lead the organic tea brand “all i need.” within the Global Capri Sun organization
- Lead the all i need. start-up team in Vienna, develop a close-knit team, retain & nourish their start-up mindset
- Manage a small business within a larger organisation with full P&L responsibility
- Marketing leadership: Definition of brand strategy, communication, innovation.
- Sales lead, incl. set up of e-commerce strategy and implementation
Your profile:
- A passion for leading a value driven brand: organic, CO2 neutral, natural ingredients
- Sound experience in brand building and sales, 7-10 years
- Small business and/or start-up experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Entrepreneurial approach, combining creative solutions with analytical skills
- Drive, tenacity to grow a small business within a larger organisation
- Team player with passion to create and nourish a start-up mindset, and an “all i need. spirit”
- E-Commerce experience desired
